我本人是intending immigrant申请婚姻绿卡。下周面试。
我配偶是美国公民目前还在上学。我有全职工作，工资达标。递交文件时我们还是请一个朋友做了我们的Joint Sponsor。提交文件时她很爽快的给了我们所有的资料，现在我们下周要面试，她却不愿意给我们她最近的tax return和工资条了。。。
我想请问，我们下周去面试，我可以带着自己填的I-864A和相关的文件去吗？如果移民官问起，我可以把实情告诉移民官，同时把我自己的资料给移民官吗？这样会对我的case产生什么影响吗？非常感谢！
I am the intending immigrant for marriage based GC. My interview is next week.
My husband (USC) is still in school. I work full time and have income. But we still asked a friend to be a joint sponsor. She was ok with it when we submitted all our documents. But now with the interview coming up, I ask her if she can give me her most recent tax return and pay stubs, she no longer wants to provide these documents anymore.....
Can I myself fill in I-864A and bring the supporting documents (tax return, employment letter, and pay stubs) to the interview? Will this have any affect on my case?
