Can I work full-time and freelance/contract at the same time during my OPT STEM extension? Both companies are e-verified. I am working as a developer for my full time job, and planning to work on some social media management project as my freelance/contract work for an e-verify employer to earn some extra income. Can I do that? Also, do I have to work at least 20 hrs per week for my freelance/contract work?

Although you are allowed to work full time or part-time during your OPT, and are allowed to have multiple employers during your OPT, all employment have to be related to your degree of study. Once you already have a full time job then you do not have to work at least 20 hours per week for your freelance work.
