您好！我今年4月进行H1B的申请，并且抽中了签，今年7月opt到期，申请了cap gap extension，然后8月的时候收到了USCIS的Request for Evidence，要求我进行补充材料。公司最终决定只留我工作到9月底cap gap结束前，不再继续进行材料的补充，并且会等到9月底给移民局要求撤销我的H1B申请。请问在这之后我会有60天的grace period吗？如果有的话，时间是从公司发出notice开始算起还是从cap gap结束开始算起？如果没有，那我可以在美国滞留多久？必须要立刻离境吗？感谢您的解答！

您好，雇主撤销的日期开始您会有60天的grace period，具体可以参考一下移民局的说明：If an H-1B petition filed on behalf of an F-1 student covered by Cap-Gap is denied, rejected, revoked, or withdrawn, the student will have the standard 60-day grace period (from the date of the notification of the denial, rejection,  revocation, or withdrawal of the petition) to prepare for and depart the United States.
