OPT快到期之前从F1转为F2， change of status pending期间F1 OPT过期。 请问F1 OPT过期之后F2批准之前的这段算是out of status吗？ 如果到时候F2批准了之后，这段pending期间的out of status会被算作485申请的180 天out of status之内吗？ 谢谢！

只要在OPT过期前递交的身份转换申请，那么case pending期间可以合法待在境内等待，不算是out of status。
